My latest book came as a surprise to me. I’ve been working on a book about my late uncle who died at Normandy Beach, and I realized I need a little break and some laughs. That’s when I remembered that I’ve been intending to put together a book of all the humorous quotes from my two youngest grandsons.

So, that’s what I did. In the midst of one project, I started gathering all the boys’ quips and comments, found some cute graphics to accompany each quote, and created a cover using Canva. The result is nearly ready for publication. (You know I have to call on my dedicated proofreaders before I can publish anything!)

Here’s a little preview of I Didn’t See That Coming: One Grandmother, Two Kids, and a Whole Lotta Laughing. The book will be available mid-April 2025.
